A half-glass (75ml) serving of wine paired with a small food offering is a great way to encourage guests to savor both the wine and the dish without overwhelming their palates. It allows for a more intimate and focused experience, where the nuances of both can be appreciated.
Our passion for growing grapes on the Granite Belt in Queensland adds a unique and local touch to our wine and food experience. The Granite Belt, with its cool climate and high-altitude vineyards, is known for producing exceptional wines, particularly the locally coined ‘ Strangebird ’ or alternative varieties like Alvarinho and Gros Manseng. The region's granite-based soils give the grapes distinctive characteristics that shine through in each bottle.
We take great pride in the care and attention we give to our vines, carefully selecting the right varieties for the soil and climate, ensuring that each vintage reflects the essence of the
